The Queen Esthers' Next Generation mission and goal is to be a premier organization committed to holistic mentorship of teenage girls in godly leadership. We transform, equip, and empower them, developing leadership skills that prepare them for all facets of life.
The Queen Esthers' Next Generation has developed a 3-year curriculum program for girls from across Kenya, especially from the less privileged communities.
Our faculty is made of professionals who are all volunteers and have developed a rich curriculum for the girls' training.
To complete the course, a girl is expected to do three years covering modules, 1, 2, and 3.
The Dec. 2025 mentorship event is a 3-day retreat where we intend to spend time to coach and train the girls that culminate in graduation for this year's programs.
The budget for this event will include:
1. Accommodation / feeding= 55 per student
2. Transport and teaching materials= 20 per student
3. Branded T shirt = 10 per student
4. Media, medicines, sanitary towels = 5 per student
5. Graduation ceremony with catering = 10 per student
$100 total per student
