We are reaching out to you, our closest friends, family, and supporters, to share an opportunity to join hands with us in blessing the widows and orphans this year with the Christmas Care Packages. We are partnering with our sponsor and the local churches in Western Kenya to provide traditional, nutritional food the family will need during this season to celebrate this joyous holiday.

This is our 5th year blessing the widows and orphans at Christmas. It started with Dr. Lucas Ayieko and his wife Benter who understand the difficulty the community faces at Christmas here in Kenya. It is tradition here for families to gather in the village and have weeks of celebration, they laugh, sing, feast and party rejoicing over the gifts they have received this year and the greatest gift of Jesus our Savior! But the widows and their children don't even have food to eat and forget about celebrating. The mom's having to hear the rest of the village celebrate and watch their own children suffer. Dr. Lucas grew up as a partial orphan and knows personally how much this hurts. He is our project sponsor who has made it his mission to help every widow he can make this a joyous celebration for their families this year as well. We are inspired and called alongside to help make this Christmas special. We have 355 families this year and are raising a budget of $5000.00 USD to bring tears of joy to these mamas and smiles to the faces of their children.
